Your information

The appointment form prepares an email or WhatsApp message containing your name, surname, email address, cell number, selected service and preferred appointment date and time. The website does not store appointment requests. You choose whether to send the message in your email app or WhatsApp.

WhatsApp and Google Maps are external services with their own privacy terms. Do not send sensitive medical details through the appointment form. Contact the practice directly about the appropriate way to share medical information.
